Thought I’d make a little post since it’s been awhile. I’m working as a dress-shop salesgirl now, not a whole ton of days, but it’s something, and because it’s been un-scheduled up to now it’s kept me busy.
Haven’t felt a lot like reading lately. My personal life is so overwhelming I find it hard to read anything deeper than fluffy self-improvement books like my newly purchased The Girl’s Guide to Absolutely Everything. Basically, because I’m starting over, and single for really the first time in my life since I was about twelve (if Junior High boyfriends count), I’m flailing a bit and trying to glean useful information where I can get it. Mom is a good source; Hoshichan and Johan are incredibly helpful, books serve their purpose.
I picked up a copy of Gifts by Ursula K. LeGuin, because I was snared by the lovely paperback cover. I haven’t been able to get into fiction lately, but it looks interesting so maybe I’ll give it a shot. Then again, I may just spend this weekend reading Maria, a romantic manga Hoshichan kindly loaned me.

Little.
