Foxy Writer is a weblog on fantasy and science-fiction literature, the writing life, the nuts and bolts of story-telling, and a teeny smattering of medieval history.

I’m Lenneth, and my goal is to become a professionally published author of fantasy. I’m currently working on my own setting, Searoyal, and I’ve got a few historical fantasies in the works too. After a bout of “Inner Critic” writer’s block that sucked my will to put words on paper, I’m learning to love writing again. I’m a lover of fantasy literature, and I have a special affection for the work of the Inklings (J.R.R. Tolkien, C.S. Lewis, et al.) and other writers of mythopoeic literature.
